Welcome to SwiftM365. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using SwiftM365 (the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SwiftM365 is a web-based tool that generates PowerShell scripts for Microsoft 365 administration tasks including voice configuration, bulk operations, reporting, and auditing. The Service generates scripts that users download and execute in their own environments. SwiftM365 does not directly access, store, or process any data from your Microsoft 365 tenant.

3. User Accounts

3.1. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.4. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.5. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All content, code, designs, logos, and materials on SwiftM365 are the exclusive intellectual property of SwiftM365 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2. The PowerShell scripts generated by the Service are provided for your use in managing your Microsoft 365 environment. You may use, modify, and distribute generated scripts within your organization.

5.3. You may NOT reproduce, redistribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit the Service itself, its source code, templates, generators, or underlying technology without prior written consent.

5.4. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used on the Service are the property of their respective owners. Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Azure, and related marks are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation.

6. Security & Data Protection

6.1. SwiftM365 does NOT access your Microsoft 365 tenant. All generated scripts are executed locally in your own PowerShell environment.

6.2. We store only your account information (name, email, hashed password, organization) and generation history metadata. We never store tenant data, credentials, or script outputs.

6.3. Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard bcrypt hashing. We cannot and do not store plaintext passwords.

6.4. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1. The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7.2. We do not warrant that the generated scripts will be error-free, complete, or suitable for your specific environment. You are responsible for testing scripts in a non-production environment before deploying to production.

7.3. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. In no event shall SwiftM365, its owners, operators, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or generated scripts.

8.2. You acknowledge that running any PowerShell script in your Microsoft 365 environment carries inherent risks. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all scripts before execution.

8.3. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (which is zero for free accounts).

9. Copyright Infringement

9.1. We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on our Service infringes your copyright, please contact us with a detailed description of the alleged infringement.

9.2. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content, scripts, templates, or service design may result in legal action under applicable copyright laws.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination

11.1. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

11.2. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your account data and generation history will be permanently removed.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
